Pursuant to established policies and procedures, you are formally notified that, after a period of three days from the date of purchase, in the event that the purchased product is not picked up by the buyer in the physical store of Ferretería la Esperanza, the transaction will be permanently canceled, that is, the money will not be returned and the product will not be able to be purchased. This protocol is intended to maintain the efficiency and availability of our inventory, as well as guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining timely management of available resources. We appreciate our clients' understanding and compliance with this provision, and we remain at your disposal for any additional questions or requirements that may arise in relation to this process.
